Your Role
As a member of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in driving StriveCloud’s success. You will take full ownership of the sales process, from initial prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will extend to optimizing our sales playbook, creating a robust client pipeline, and representing StriveCloud at industry events. You will act as the voice of the market, working alongside the founders to ensure our product and strategy are shaped by direct client feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a closing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience managing sales cycles with mid-market or enterprise clients is a must, also experience with CRM systems like Hubspot.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and loves building things.
- Exceptional communication skills: you can confidently present and translate technical features into clear business value for multiple stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for technology,gamification and an eagerness to become an expert in our field.
- Very fluent in English and an international mindset, ready to engage with clients across continents.
