What will you be doing?

As a Customer Success Manager at StriveCloud, you’ll play a central role in crafting success stories for our clients on our engagement platform. You’ll closely collaborate with our team, attentively listening to our clients’ needs and translating them into actionable projects.

From onboarding through phased rollout, you’ll guide clients across the full journey, and you’ll keep driving deeper adoption of the StriveCloud platform as their programmes mature. You’ll ensure their journey is seamless and rewarding. Your responsibilities extend to creating tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, leveraging our engagement expertise and product knowledge.

Moreover, you’ll have the chance to unleash your creativity, offering innovative solutions and ideas to cater to our clients’ needs. Who are we looking for?

  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup, are passionate about technology and gamification, and eager to help shape our products.
  • You bring creative problem-solving and strong listening skills, turning customer needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers.
  • You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating in a small, dynamic team.
  • Affinity with CMS, project management, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English
  • PLUS: Knowledge of gaming mechanics and CSS
