KNVB partnered up StriveCloud to grow the biggest E-Footballing community in the Netherlands

Create a safe and comfortable platform for e-football players and fans in the Netherlands to participate in online tournaments and connect with each other and the club.

The solution

Launch Jantje.gg, a trendsetting online platform that lets users participate in tournaments and earn prizes by playing FIFA against other users in their school, college, or nearby communities.

KNVB is the Dutch Football Federation. Over the last few years, KNVB has integrated an esports strategy aligned with the vision of FIFA. As the Dutch Football Association, they envisioned a goal of corresponding FIFA with their own strategies, insights, and possibilities. Having already created a competitive online league called E_Oranje on FIFA 22 and FIFA 23, they wanted to encourage the local Dutch footballing spirit further by creating an amateur online league for all grassroots FIFA players in the Netherlands.

With this in mind, they launched Jantje.gg, an online platform for amateur FIFA players in the Netherlands. On Jantje.gg, FIFA players can participate in tournaments and compete against players of various levels. KNVB envisioned one single digital platform that would attract the Dutch footballing spirit into the digital space.
